Polar Fire provides design‑assist and installation services for sprinkler monitoring and fire alarm interface on wet, dry, and deluge systems. Layouts and calculations are coordinated with sprinkler and engineering teams

Technicians perform annual inspections and tagging, 6‑year internal maintenance where required, and hydrostatic testing at the prescribed intervals, along with refills and replacements if an extinguisher is discharged or damaged.
Emergency Lighting
Installation
Polar Fire installs new emergency lighting units and exit signs to provide safe egress during power failures. Systems are placed and sized to meet building code requirements, including battery units, remote heads, and photoluminescent exit signage where applicable.
Inspection & Maintenance
Technicians perform monthly function checks and annual duration tests of emergency lighting and exit signs, documenting any failed heads, weak batteries, or damaged fixtures. Defective units are repaired or replaced
